Company History

July 1979: Possing Electronic Co., Ltd. was established as manufacturer of Fuse and Fuse Holder.

• May 1981: Hwansing Marketing Co., Ltd. was established, in charge of selling Fuse and Fuse Holder.
• 1982: Receive certification from Bureau of Standards, Metrology & Inspection, M.O.E.A. Taiwan as qualified export factory.
• 1985: Automation research department was established to develop automatic production and manufacturing equipments.
• 1988: Receive certification from UL and CSA for fuses.

• 1992: Shinelink Technology Corp. was established as authorized dealer for Passive Electronics.
• 1995: Possing Electronic Co., Ltd. Canada branch was established, in charge of retail in North America.
• 1996: Obtained Patent for Plug-In (Blade type) Fuse in Taiwan R.O.C.
• Oct 1997: Starts research on PPTC device with the cooperation of ITRI Taiwan.
• 1998: Obtained US Patent for Blade Fuse. Hansor Polymer Technology Corp. was established for PPTC Resettable Fuse manufacturing.
• Nov 1999: Receive Certification from UL for Plug-In (Blade type) Fuse.

• May 2002: Receive ISO9001:2000 for Quality Management.
• 2003: Receive Certification from UL and TUV for PPTC Resettable Fuse.
• 2005: Begin Lead Free (Pb Free) process for RoHS Compliance. Received patent for Intelligent Fuse using LED in Taiwan.
• 2006: Development of 2nd Gen Intelligent Fuse for automotive market. Received Japan patent.
• 2008: Received US patent for Intelligent Fuse using LED.
• 2009: Received patents in China and Iran. Developed 3rd Gen LED device. Public introduction at Taipei AMPA.
• 2010: Receive patent for Bi-Polar LED device in the United States.

• 2011: Hansor's own branded products begin distribution in major retail chains worldwide.
• 2012: Developed Intelligent Fuse Cartridge Type series. Expanded product lines.
• 2013: Introduce Automotive Circuit Breaker and Bolt-down fuse for passenger and commercial vehicles
• 2016: Received ISO 9001:2008 for Quality Management
• 2018: Expanded operations in North America.  Received ISO 9001:2015 certification.
• 2019: Integrate ERP system into manufacturing
• 2020: Developed high voltage high ampere fuses for EV

• 2022: Land title acquisition for new company headquarter and manufacturing plant
• 2023: Construction begin for Hansor's new headquarter
• 2026: Primary construction phase complete for new facility. Installation of prodution line piping begin in May.
